It means that as an economic go down, people tend to be violent because they feel disappointed. They will always expect things to get better , to offer a better life for their family. Violent occur because some people don't know how to adjust to change, so when something unexpected happened, it triggers violence and crime.
I chose this piece because when some people are angry, they take justice in their own hand. And that put others in a place to fight back so they can get what they want..
